Avery Bower is a freshman at Cornell University majoring in Government with a minor in Film and Media studies. He is the current Vice President of Internal Operations of Cornell Republicans. A native New Yorker, Avery enjoys writing on New York politics. His other interests include fiscal policy, Middle East and East Asian foreign policy, and Judicial politics. He is a member of The American Spectator’s Young Writers Program.
