Trumprage of the Day: It’s the Russians! And Kanye! And Exxon!

Wisconsin certified Donald Trump the winner of the Wisconsin recount, aka the Jill Stein bank account filler-upper. So Donald Trump just won at winning. Then, Jill Stein’s millions funded an exploration into voter fraud in Detroit, Michigan. Thank you to liberals who exposed this terrible disenfranchisement with your stupid donations to a stupid candidate acting as a proxy for Hillary Clinton who’d like to delegitimize her opponent, and according to her, Democracy itself.

With all this winning, it’s not difficult to see why the Left’s primal scream is howling increasingly loudly as the days pass. Expect sackcloth, ashes, and outbreaks of boils by Obama’s last day in office.

P.S. It’s the Russians fault. Finally. Democrats are noting that Russia is bad. These people cried for Castro last week.

Speaking of the apocalypse, notorious alt-right racist Donald Trump met with  …. Kanye West. Mr. West has a rather dark complexion for a neo-Nazi. My hope is that Kanye sings at the inauguration. My favorite tune? “Gold Digger.” It would be epic on multiple levels.

Twitter was not amused by this happy duo. Because Kanye’s meeting with Trump was trending, Lefty Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey manually overrode the trend. The millions made by Twitter with Kim and Kanye news matters little now that Trump stands to benefit from that star-power, too. As an aside, Kanye didn’t look so great and Donald Trump looked concerned for him.

While the media focused on Kanye, Trump confirmed that Exxon CEO Rex Tillerson would be the next Secretary of State. Tillerson knows Vladamir Putin and likes him. I really don’t get how anyone can like Putin. It’s obvious he’s a throwback Russian autocrat. Conversely, I don’t understand the incessant hand-wringing. None of Trump’s picks have made one decision. Reading the news, one gets the idea Trump and his cabinet are already making policy. It’s crazy.

Trump also named Rick Perry to the Energy Department. This was one of the agencies Governor Perry wanted to abolish. Here’s to hoping he still feels the same!

Meanwhile, Lefties are losing it. It started this morning with Jonathan Chait tweeting appreciatively about New York City using eminent domain to take over Trump Tower.

Then Markos Moulitas wrote this piece of nastiness about Pennsylvania coal miners, kindly titled “Be happy for coal miners losing their health insurance. They’re getting exactly what they voted for”:

Hillary Clinton won the election, but a system designed to let a powerful minority override the will of the majority selected some asshole. For now, we have to deal with that bullshit reality, and lots of good people will suffer serious consequences. But don’t feel sorry for the ones who enabled this nightmare by voting for the incoming Trump-Putin administration. For example, why should we weep for the retired coal miners who will now lose their health insurance thanks to the GOP majority—despite the best efforts of coal-state Democrats to change the outcome?

Yes, this will be a terrible outcome for a group of people who have really drawn a shitty lot in life. But how sorry should we be for this crowd? Coal country swung hard for Donald Trump, winning 70 to 80 percent of the vote in some of these counties.

Don’t weep for these coal miners, now abandoned by their GOP patrons. They are getting exactly the government that they voted for. Democrats can no longer offer unrequited love and cover for them. And isn’t this what democracy is all about? They won the election! This is what they wanted!

Wow. Spit that venom! A small point: These people were abandoned by the Democrat party who treated these “deplorables” as non-entities and both Obama and Hillary Clinton bragged about putting them out of business. Congratulations! You succeeded. Doesn’t mean the people there are happy about it. Thus, Trump.

The day ended this evening with breathless coverage that twenty electors might bail on Trump and hand Hillary the election.

In response to this dangerous wishcasting I ask this: Does the Left want a civil war? What do they think would happen if they did something like seize Trump’s real estate or coerced electors to flip and not support Trump?

Then there’s the Never Trumpers. They just won’t let it go. The worst offenders are David Frum and Jennifer Rubin. Again, there seems to be a disconnect between their fears and what’s actually happening. It’s like seeing someone who believes they’ve seen a ghost. Their terror can be infectious–one wonders what figments elude you. In this case, it seems that their phantoms are inhabiting not just their nightmares but their waking minds.

Donald Trump’s cabinet picks are conservative, yes. Isn’t that a pleasant surprise? Why aren’t they giving the Establishment types more joy? Did they expect former Democrat Donald Trump to install Democrats or Democrat-lite types to positions of power? I know I did. He hasn’t, though. Not really. So why aren’t more people happy? My current working thesis is that it’s sour grapes about who is getting power. The gnashing of teeth stems from the wrong people on the right winning.

These folks need to get a grip. Read Proverbs 18:13 which states,”He that gives an answer before he hears is a fool, and is brought to shame.” (Aramaic Bible in Plain English)  The nattering before knowing what Donald Trump will do has shamed so many already. Why continue to compound the embarrassment? Maybe be quiet and see his decisions in action before concluding that all is lost.
