Congressman Paul Ryan took a few minutes on the House floor today to inform his colleagues on the virtues of not being able to “afford tax cuts.” In just four minutes, Ryan clarified what “tax cuts” really means, whose money we’re really talking about, and the changes they’re gonna make next year.
