‘Explosive’: Maria Bartiromo on Rudy, Sidney Powell Revelations

On her Fox show Sunday Morning Futures, Fox host Maria Bartiromo featured what she termed “explosive” news from her guests, Trump legal team leaders Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, the latter also the lawyer for Gen. Michael Flynn. You can see the Giuliani and Powell interviews here on YouTube.

“This Dominion company is a radical left company,” Giuliani said of the voter machine company at the center of the controversy. He added, “People don’t have any idea of the dimension of the national security problem,” Giuliani said. He pointed to the involvement of Smartmatic, a voting systems company that Giuliani stated was a “Venezuela company” with ties to the notorious dictatorship of the late Hugo Chavez.

He added:

And the software that they use is done by a company called Smartmatic — a company that was founded by Chavez. And Chavez’s two allies who still own it. It has been used to cheat in elections in South America. It was banned by the United States about a decade ago.

Smartmatic has come back as a subcontractor. And Dominion sends everything to them. Can you believe it? Our results are sent overseas. Why?

I have researched this accusation about Smartmatic’s ties to Venezuela, and sure enough here is the New York Times on this very company — Smartmatic — on October 29, 2006. The headline:

U.S. Investigates Voting Machines’ Venezuela Ties

Among other things the Times reported this:

The federal government is investigating the takeover last year of a leading American manufacturer of electronic voting systems by a small software company that has been linked to the leftist Venezuelan government of President Hugo Chávez.

The inquiry is focusing on the Venezuelan owners of the software company, the Smartmatic Corporation, and is trying to determine whether the government in Caracas has any control or influence over the firm’s operations, government officials and others familiar with the investigation said.

Giuliani also said this:

We have identified 632,000 illegal votes in Pennsylvania. They are allowing these ballots to be counted without any Republican being allowed to inspect them. That is illegal. Unlawful.

Note: Republican observers were kept at a considerable distance from the counters, finally allowed a six-foot distance. As one photograph or television image after another shows in vivid detail, the counter at a station sits alone in the Philadelphia Convention Center, with no observer to his or her left or right. Common sense says the obvious: No ballot can be inspected from a distance of six feet.

Then Giuliani added this:

The only way you can examine a mail-in ballot is valid is by examining the outer envelope. The moment you remove the envelope, it’s gone. You can no longer validate it. That is why there are cases that elections have been overturned with only a few ballots like that.

At one point host Bartiromo added this to the conversation about Smartmatic, quoting a source identified as a senior U.S. Intelligence Official:

The key point to understand is that the Smartmatic system has a “backdoor” that allows it to be “mirrored and monitored” allowing the intervening party a real-time understanding of how many votes will be needed to gain an electoral advantage.

She also noted that

The swing states who used the Dominion voting machines with the Smartmatic software: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. And I have a graphic of the states where they stopped counting. They are: Nevada, Arizona, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.

Sidney Powell brought in the name of one Peter Neffenger, a retired Coast Guard admiral. What’s with Neffenger? He is the Chairman of the Board of Smartmatic — and, yes indeed, a member of the Biden transition team. Ya can’t make this stuff up.

Powell also said this:

I never say anything I can’t prove. Secondly the evidence is coming in so fast I can’t even process it all. Millions of Americans have written I would say by now. Definitely hundreds of thousands have stepped forward with their different experiences of voter fraud. But this is a massive election fraud, and I’m very concerned that it involved not only Dominion and the Smartmatic software, but the software was essentially used by other election machines also. It’s the software that was the problem. Even their own manual explains how votes can be wiped away. It’s like drag and drop Trump votes to a separate folder and then delete that folder. It is absolutely brazen how people bought the system and why they bought the system, in fact, every state that bought Dominion for sure should have a criminal investigation or at least a serious investigation of the officers in the states who bought the software. We’ve even got evidence of some kickbacks, essentially.

I will be back on this subject. And clearly there is more — much more — coming from the Trump legal team, replete with detail and witnesses. But the revelations on the Bartiromo show were indeed explosive.

The allegation is massive voter fraud that is accomplished in two ways:

  1. Manipulation of the voting technology, and
  2. Brazenly keeping Republican observers from doing their job, keeping them at a distance that makes it impossible to inspect ballots, and simultaneously removing the outer envelope containing the mail in ballot.

This election is a long way from over.
