How Do You Kill Democracy? Vote Democrat

by

Democracy Dies in Denver

Four Biden campaign operatives on the seven-member Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday evening kicked Donald J. Trump off the Centennial State’s presidential ballot. They abused Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to disqualify Trump because, they claim, he incited an insurrection on January 6, 2021. Never mind that Trump has not been convicted of, tried for, nor even charged with insurrection. Indeed, the U.S. Senate acquitted Trump of all January 6-related accusations for which the House impeached him that January 13.

After Elon Musk purchased Twitter, internal documents revealed a cabal of up to 80 FBI agents who hounded Big Tech into burying news stories.

The Court ordered that even Trump’s write-in votes could not be counted. These four justices sent this message to Trump’s 1,364,607 Colorado voters from 2020:

Drop dead.

Senator Marco Rubio (R – Florida) observed that America has “put sanctions on other countries for doing exactly what the Colorado Supreme Court has done.”

Congressman Wesley Hunt (R -Texas) said: “The very same Democrats who scream about ‘DEMOCRACY,’ just took an open flame to the very concept.”

Hunt is right. The Colorado Supremes’ unprecedented, unhinged, un-American decision is just the latest, most pungent example of Democrats hollering about “democracy!” while also hammering democracy. (READ MORE: MAGAnomics Trumps Bidenomics: Americans Were Better Off Four Years Ago)

If you want to kill democracy, vote Democrat.

The Democrat Party’s frontal attacks on democracy precede Trump and began no later than 2010. These brutal assaults have undermined democratic elections, the First Amendment, due process, equal justice under law, and the other legal and political institutions that broadly compose democracy within America’s constitutional republic.

  • Around October 2011, under President Barack Obama and then-Vice President Joe Biden, the Justice Department tapped the phones of then-Fox News correspondent James Rosen and his parents on Staten Island. DOJ was probing Rosen’s sources related to his coverage of U.S. policy on North Korea.

DOJ also secretly monitored the records of 20 separate phone lines at the Associated Press in April and May 2012. The AP called this a “massive and unprecedented intrusion” into its news gathering operations.

  • Obama-Biden perpetrated political profiling by denying 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) tax-exempt status to scores of conservative and Tea Party groups in 2010 to 2012. According to a sample of 111 such outfits, the House Ways & Means Committee found that the IRS granted tax exemption to 100 percent of left-wing organizations, but only 46 percent of conservative establishments. IRS foot-dragging and rejection of center-right applications crippled conservative groups that aimed to educate voters before the 2012 election.

Lois Lerner, the IRS taxocract who commanded this discrimination campaign, clammed up about it. Her computer hard drives might have enlightened GOP House investigators who sought them. Alas, in April 2012, the IRS obliterated them in an Ameri-Shred AMS-750 HD, a machine that slices metal into ribbons.

  • During Obama-Biden, the FBI launched Operation Crossfire Hurricane, to spy on the 2016 Trump campaign. Special Counsel John Durham concluded that the FBI relied on “raw, unanalyzed, and uncorroborated intelligence.” This FBI probe was Watergate without the break-in.

When incumbent Republicans spied on their Democrat opponents in 1972, America melted down, the Constitution veered into crisis, and Richard Milhous Nixon resigned.

But in 2016, incumbent Democrats spied on their Republican opponents. So, nobody cares.

FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith continued this skullduggery in August 2017, when he falsified a Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act court application to secure a warrant to spy on Carter Page, a Trump campaign advisor. Clinesmith lied that Page was “not a source” to U.S. intelligence. This threw shade on Page’s Russian connections. If Clinesmith represented Page accurately as an asset, he might have avoided scrutiny. (READ MORE: Competing Slates of Electors Have Happened Before)

Clinesmith pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 400 hours of community service, 12 months’ probation, and zero time in prison. The Democrats’ un-American two-track justice system worked its magic, once again.

  • Hillary Clinton paid Democrat election law firm Perkins Coie to commission Fusion GPS’s notorious “dirty dossier” that smeared Trump as a Russian agent. Fusion GPS, in turn, paid former British spy Christopher Steele for “evidence” of Kremlin ties. Steele’s “source” was Igor Danchenko — a Russian employee of the Brookings Institution. Danchenko’s wild accusation, that Trump in 2013 watched two prostitutes urinate on each other in his Moscow hotel room, fueled the left’s outlandish sex fantasy that Kremlin extortionists controlled Trump.
  • After Trump upset Hillary Clinton in November 2016, Democrats rioted, committed arson, and relentlessly called Trump’s election illegitimate. Martin Sheen, Mike Farrell, and other Hollywood stars concocted their own fake electors scheme: They urged electors to support someone other than Trump in the Electoral College, never mind that voters selected them to back Trump.

Some Trump electors received death threats. Michigan elector Michael Banerian told CNN: “I’ve had people talk about putting a bullet in the back of my mouth.”

Meanwhile, violent Democrats physically pounded Trump supporters who wore MAGA hats in public. Photographs of them with black eyes are abundant online.

  • Democrats objected to Trump’s slates of electors during the January 6, 2017 certification ceremony for Electoral College ballots. House Democrats vocally opposed Trump’s electors from 10 different states. These included Michigan and Wisconsin, which Trump barely won, but also Alabama (where Trump trumped Clinton by 28.3 percent), West Virginia (42.2 percent), and Wyoming (47.6 percent).

Democrat members of Congress, have every legal right to raise these objections.

And so do Republicans!

Nonetheless, claiming that Trump stole West Virginia or Wyoming was as absurd and gratuitous as if Republicans had pretended on January 6, 2021, that Biden swiped Massachusetts and Vermont.

  • On Trump’s inauguration day, 67 House Democrats boycotted his swearing-in ceremony. This peaceful transition of power is a cornerstone of American democracy. More than five dozen Democrats spat on it. Elsewhere in Washington, pro-Democrat rioters hurled eggs at Trump supporters, smashed store windows, and torched a Muslim driver’s limousine.
  • The Russia hoax roared on for three years. Democrats used these baseless lies to distract, exhaust, and demoralize Trump and his administration — all the better to hinder them from enacting the agenda that the American people democratically elected them to implement.
  • Then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Democrat – California) displayed total contempt for the democratic tradition of the president’s State of the Union speech. Immediately after Trump delivered his February 4, 2020 SOTU, Pelosi stood behind Trump and ripped up her copyof his remarks.
  • Democrats hijacked the COVID-19 pandemic to launch a Blitzkrieg on America’s ballots. This War on Election Integrity greased the Democrats’ theft of the White House for Joe Biden. These blows to the body politic included:

— Spewing mass mail-in ballots to every registrant – even relocated and dead voters.

— Ballot harvesting by biased campaign and party operatives.

— Unsupervised drop boxes into which criminals — on camera — illegally stuffed multiple ballots.

At Madison, Wisconsin’s “Democracy in the Park” events, poll workers collected 17,271 ballots in 206 public parks and then, one trusts, delivered them to the municipal clerk’s office.

However, Wisconsin statute 6.87(4)(b)1 requires that the absentee ballot “envelope shall be mailed by the elector, or delivered in person, to the municipal clerk issuing the ballot or ballots.” (Emphasis added.) This law says nothing about handing ballots to people in parks for transfer to the municipal clerk’s office. (READ MORE: Dem Ploys to Deny, Overturn GOP Presidential Wins Revealed in New Trump Ad)

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg paid the Center for Technology and Civic Life $350 million to pump “Zuckbucks” into local election offices. They, in turn, had to install drop boxes and implement other shady election tactics. These efforts overwhelmingly skewed Democrat, in such swing states as Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin. According to the lawsuit Wisconsin Voters Alliance v. Pence, in “Democratic Delaware County, Pennsylvania one drop box was available for every 4,000 voters” in fall 2020. But in pro-Trump counties, “There was one drop box for every 72,000 voters.”

  • Governors, secretaries of state, election boards, and judges imposed most of these “temporary” COVID-era measures. However, Article 1, § 4, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution states: “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof.” (Presidential and congressional elections coincide.) So, these “one-time pandemic rules” were unconstitutional in 2020, unless enacted by state lawmakers.

So what?

Like a drunk driver blowing through a red light, then-Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar (D – Pennsylvania) ignored the Constitution. Although she had no power to do so, she issued a new rule at 8:38 p.m. on Election Eve — Monday, November 2, 2020. Boockvar instructed county authorities to invite voters to “cure” and then re-submit erroneous mail-in ballots. Urban Democrats contacted their voters to correct their mistakes, such as circling rather than filling the bubble beside Biden’s name. Rural Republicans largely missed this 11th-hour rules change.

  • Democrats routinely resist efforts to clean voter rolls and delete the names of those who have moved or died. At 52 U.S. Code § 20507, the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 requires that states maintain “an accurate and current voter registration roll for elections for Federal office.” Rather than obey this statute, Democrats do nothing, make excuses, or scream “racism!” —  as if bigotry propelled efforts to stop dead people from voting.
  • Democrats want voters to cast ballots at home and hand them to traffickers. This obliterates the secret ballot, a cornerstone of democracy. Democrats are replacing the sanctity of the voting booth — where Americans choose tomorrow’s leaders in solitude and without external pressure — with voting at the kitchen table or even in the workplace. In these settings, spouses, relatives, colleagues, and bosses can intimidate citizens into voting one way or the other. This is pure sin, and Democrats love it.
  • As the 2020 election neared climax, the New York Post broke the story of Hunter Biden’s Laptop from Hell. Democrats and other Biden supporters at Twitter, Facebook, and similar Silicon Valley giants actively suppressed this story, lest it hurt Biden. For 15 days, Twitter’s censors disabled the account of the New York Post, founded in 1801 by none other than Alexander Hamilton. The Laptop from Hell stayed buried, and Joe Biden took the White House. Mission Accomplished.

After Elon Musk purchased Twitter, internal documents revealed a cabal of up to 80 FBI agents who hounded Big Tech into burying news stories that would have torpedoed Biden’s candidacy or hindered his subsequent presidency.

  • Obama-Biden’s spying on the Trump campaign led the DOJ to prosecute and imprison his former campaign aides Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos, and Rick Gates on charges stemming from the Russia hoax. Justice’s tentacles also ensnared Trump’s former national security advisor, Michael Flynn, and political aide Roger Stone. Both faced prison until Trump pardoned them in November and December 2020, respectively.
  • After Trump left office, the Democrat Senate subjected him to an impeachment trial — as an ex-president. This was as unprecedented as it was bizarre.
  • Democrat efforts to “get Trump” include the destruction of attorney-client privilege, a tradition as sacrosanct as spousal and priestly confidentiality. Nonetheless, the FBI raided the offices of Trump’s attorneys Michael Cohen and Rudolph W. Guliani. After seizing confidential legal papers, Democrat prosecutors forced Trump’s lawyers to testify against their client.
  • New York City, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and several communities in Maryland and Vermont passed laws that let foreign citizens vote in local elections. Every foreign citizen’s ballot nullifies the ballot of an American citizen who votes the other way. Democrats promote this anti-democratic abomination.
  • Biden’s Justice Department and Democrat persecutors in New York and Georgia are trying to imprison Trump. They accuse him of mishandling classified documents that he had every right to declassify and possess.

But U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that a president’s papers are his to declassify and maintain as he pleases. In a case involving interview-related audio tapes that Bill Clinton hid in his White House sock drawer and then took home as ex-president, Jackson held that the Presidential Records Act “does not confer any mandatory or even discretionary authority on the Archivist to classify records.” According to her March 1, 2012 decision in Judicial Watch v. National Archives, “Under the statute, this responsibility is left solely to the President.”

  • Meanwhile, Biden stashed classified documents in his Wilmington garage, near his beloved 1967 Corvette Stingray. Hillary Clinton notoriously stored 2,113 classified e-mails on her do-it-yourself computer server in her Chappaqua, New York mansion. Neither Democrat has faced any legal consequences for mishandling unauthorized classified materials.

In contrast, on August 8, 2022, Trump endured an unprecedented FBI raid on his Mar-A-Lago estate and criminal persecution for what normally involves negotiation or, at worst, civil litigation.

  • Beyond this pristine example of two-track justice, Alvin Bragg’s Manhattan case involves Trump’s payment of hush money to keep adult-film star Stormy Daniels from blabbing with journalists about an affair that she alleges, and he denies.

This is not a crime.

The inept Bragg indicted Trump two months after the statute of limitations expired.

  • Democrat persecutor Fani Willis’ Fulton County, Georgia case criminalizes such conduct as Trump’s national address in which he claimed to win the election, and his request to his chief of staff for the phone number of the speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

These things are now illegal?

  • Beyond Colorado, Democrats and other Trump haters in at least 14 other states are laboring to strike him from their ballots. Democrats claim to strengthen democracy by depriving voters of a qualified candidate to support or oppose at the polls. This is the apotheosis of anti-democracy.
  • Biden Democrats police free speech, a bulwark of democracy. Biden launched a Disinformation Governance Board to monitor “disinformation” and “misinformation” and confront those who express it — never mind that the First Amendment protects free expression, including non-violent lies.
  • A House GOP probe discovered that, under Biden, FBI offices in Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Portland, Oregon, and Richmond, Virginia spied on and contributed to the “FBI’s assessment of traditional Catholics as potential domestic terrorists.” Bye bye, Freedom of Religion.
  • Biden’s DOJ sicced the FBI on parents who peacefully complained to their local school boards about Critical Race Theory, transgenderism, and other leftist exotica. The “Justice” Department denounced these concerned mothers and fathers as “domestic terrorists.” Bye bye, Freedoms of Speech and Petition for Redress of Grievances.
  • Democrats’ relentless attempts to silence Trump via gag orders violate his First Amendment right to discuss his trials for alleged election interference in Fulton County, Georgia and civil fraud in Manhattan. Gag orders abuse Trump, his supporters, and even critics who want to hear him speak.

Trump haters like former congresswoman Liz Cheney (R – Wyoming) hysterically claim that “A vote for Donald Trump may mean the last election that you ever get to vote in.” With no basis in fact, Michael Cohen predicts that a re-elected Trump would invade America’s neighbors in “a land grab.” Cohen recently asked: “What do you think Donald is going to do if he becomes a dictator? Mexico, Canada, whatever our bordering countries are.” (READ MORE: Georgia Indictment: Dems’ Latest Bid to Jail Trump, Imprison the Constitution)

The dictatorial threat to democracy comes not from Trump, who had four years to serve as a tyrant and did not. However, Joe Biden and the Democrats are busy stomping jackboots into America’s democratic norms, rules, and traditions.

Un-American, anti-democracy Democrats ill-serve the voters. By denying Americans the opportunity to hear Trump speak, watch him on the campaign trail rather than in courtrooms, and then vote for or against him in statewide elections, Democrats cremate democracy as profoundly as if they set ballot boxes ablaze.
