Consider what Donald Trump said during his closing statement in last night’s GOP debate in Miami which aired on CNN:
The Republican Party has a great chance to embrace millions of people that it’s never known before. They’re coming by the millions. We should seize that opportunity. These are great people. These are fantastic people. These are people that love our country. These are people that want to see America be great again.
Among these great, fantastic people who love this country is one John McGraw who saw fit to sucker punch a protester at a Trump rally in Fayettville, North Carolina earlier on Wednesday. McGraw was subsequently arrested and charged with assault and disorderly conduct. He was not the least bit sorry for his conduct telling a reporter with Inside Edition: “The next time we see him, we might have to kill him.”
As for Trump, all he could do was blame the protesters. “We have some protesters who are bad dudes, they have done bad things,” claimed Trump. “They are swinging, they are really dangerous and they get in there and they start hitting people.”
Well, we can’t expect much of someone who just denied a reporter was assaulted by his campaign manager. As Ted Cruz says, Trump has tenuous relationship with the truth.
The bad dudes here are John McGraw and Donald Trump and his campaign for encouraging and condoning his behavior.
Mark my words. Sooner or later, we are going to have a tragedy at a Trump rally. It is only a matter of time before someone loses their life because of this buffoon.
