Paul: The polls are being kept open late in Delaware County (that’s Muncie and environs), which is in IN-6 (Mike Pence’s district, which Pence will win easily). As I mentioned in my rundown, the districts to watch in Indiana are 2, 8, and 9. None of them are affected, as far as I can tell.
