Regardless of whether or not Scott Brown wins tomorrow, it’s highly doubtful that President Obama will be able to sign a health care bill by his first official State of the Union Address next Wednesday. Therefore, we can expect him to use the speech before a national audience as another oppourtunity to sell the health care legislation to the public and urge Congress to finish passing it.
