Today’s Gallup daily tracking poll finds that for the first time of his presidency, Barack Obama’s performance rating has turned negative, with 47 percent of Americans disapproving of his performance compared to 46 percent approving of it.
Clearly, it’s time for him to deliver another speech on health care!
