Knife Attack on Babies in France: All the Media’s Dirty Lies
by

The scene of a wretch stabbing babies in their strollers in a playground will stay with us for a long time. Out of disgust, out of horror, out of impotence, out of shame. I will not be so simplistic as to pin all the blame on Emmanuel Macron, first because the true culprit is that son of Satan, and second because, even if they might not be the material perpetrators of the attack, there are many more accomplices than the French government in this crime.

On Thursday we were able to witness, with astonishment, the most representative image of what is happening throughout the decadent West on a Spanish television station that presumes to be center-right. One of its most popular presenters, well positioned somewhere between self-conscious conservatism and amoral progressivism, seconds after hearing the news, made her first assessment, which will be remembered as an example of why we all deserve to be flushed down the drain pipes of history: “[The problem is that] in a country like France, this means votes for Le Pen, for the ultra-right, this is a gift for them.”

This is, my friends, the alleged European moderate right. The words of this lunatic presenter sum up Macron’s centrism, Merkel’s conservatism, and the thousand bastard children of the People’s Party of Europe. Good intentions, a lot of moderation, an inferiority complex with regard to the Left, and a barren moral portfolio.

A living, breathing society, with blood still flowing through its veins, should be having only two debates right now: Would gun licensing have prevented the attack? Should residency for people from non-integratable cultures be revoked today, or do we wait until tomorrow? And, if you want, a couple more: Should we review the approved asylum applications one by one? Should all those who have pushed for mass regularization, those who have abstained from voting, those who have kept silent for fear of being considered far-right, resign immediately?

Instead, in Europe, the concern is that this will strengthen what they call the “extreme right.” And, as if there were few sterile debates, on Thursday many politicians and progressive media outlets rushed to tell us that there was no terrorist motive, as if downplaying its importance, as if the event had been a quarrel between drug clans. Once again, the same old garbage of trying to justify the crime. Who cares about the motive here? Only the Left, which always needs to dissect evil to camouflage it, and to tell us that the crime is sexist, or that it is about a man adrift because the West did not give him opportunities, or that hatred and xenophobia have made him a madman. In short: to pin the blame on me.

No other nation in Europe has been so tolerant, generous, and submissive with regard to political agreements to receive thousands of Arab immigrants. None other has paid such a high price for it. But it is not a price being paid by the far-center dictator Macron, or the German calamity Merkel, who led Europe into this “refugees welcome” madness. No, it is a price paid by common folk, the humble middle classes of a lost French town, who were out with their children at the park on a peaceful June morning.

For the finishing touches to the sordid scene, the left-wing media seem quite happy with the idea that the Syrian declared himself to be a Christian in his application for asylum: It is funny that, whenever there is an attack perpetrated by someone of Arab origin, the press take hours to release the identity of the attacker; however, this time, the press took about a second to tell us that he was a Christian who had supposedly shouted, “In the name of Christ!” during the attack (this was one of the most perverse misrepresentations; by now we know that the one who exclaims this in the video is not the attacker but the person who is recording it, horrified by what he is seeing) and that he was carrying a crucifix — it is not clear where — and nothing more has been heard about it since the first information was given. I am tired of so many lies and so much pettiness.

In any case, his claiming to be a Christian doesn’t mean much, as any asylum seeker without too much religious blindness would do so in order to speed up the process. Whatever: Does the Left think we conservatives are going to stop denouncing what happened just because he’s a Christian? Hey, look, this is not Islam; in Christianity we drive murderers and lone terrorists out of the temple with whips, because we know they come not from God but from Satan.

This has to be stopped, and it has to be stopped now. And it is a job for the same European politicians who have landed us here.
