Five Quick Things: The Liars Who Lie, Lie, Lie

by

We’re going to make this a really short Five Quick Things because we don’t need a lot of words to prove the point here.

Which is that our ruling class, and particularly Team Obama Redux of the Biden administration and their flying-monkey allies in Congress, are some of the most egregious, filthy liars who ever slithered into power.

“Yes, McKay,” you say. “We know this. Thanks for your Captain Obvious observation.”

OK, fine. But if these things aren’t documented and set down for all to see, they’ll get lost. And we need for them not to be lost so that there are Americans — and specifically unmarried women, who according to a study cited by Politico are D+37 as a voting group (married men are R+20, married women are R+14, and unmarried men are R+7) — might finally understand what they’re inflicting on us.

We know the agenda — critical race theory, intersectional feminism, transgenderism, climate change nuttery, attacks on law enforcement — is killing the country. Next week this column will get into that subject a bit; it was covered in this week’s Spectacle podcast, but it deserves more attention.

But what prevents us from even getting to an evaluation of the agenda and the harm it’s done is the lies. You can’t get a straight presentation from these people. The lies, the corruption, the dishonesty — they’re complete. Up is down, black is white.

And we have fresh examples.

1. This Dirty Old SOB, Part One

Peter Doocy got close enough to Joe Biden to ask the most obvious question: how can you claim you never talked to Hunter Biden about his business when it’s clear that you did?

Doocy was talking about Devon Archer and his testimony before the House, and of course Archer said there were more than 20 contacts that he witnessed between Joe Biden and Hunter’s business associates. In fact, it was the core approach Hunter offered, according to Archer; namely, that he was Joe Biden’s son and he had muy mucho stroke as a result.

But this is what Joe Biden said in response:

Utterly infuriating. There is no way at this point to claim that Archer is lying about more than 20 contacts he witnessed between Hunter’s business associates and Joe Biden. Some of those are documented elsewhere.

So he just lies to Doocy’s face. Doesn’t expand on the lie, doesn’t weave a counter story. Just tells a base falsehood and moves on.

You’ll remember that this is pretty similar to…

2. This Dirty Old SOB, Part Zero

Let’s revisit the first 2020 presidential debate, just after the Hunter Biden laptop came out and Donald Trump put the question to Biden about all of the money his son was pocketing from nefarious foreign actors, and the Big Guy’s response to it:

Oh, and…

Suffice it to say none of that held up, either.

This is the Biden style. Deny everything, don’t give an inch, ignore how obvious your lies are.

3. The Paid Liar at the Podium

And it trickles down. You get this…

Karine Jean-Pierre is just like Biden. She’ll tell a complete falsehood and then shut the discussion down. Boom, done. That’s it.

It happens every time there’s an uncomfortable question.

4. The Big Jan. 6 Lie Is Falling Apart

Fox News fired Tucker Carlson, it appears, in an effort to suppress an uncomfortable narrative most of the country has already concluded is true — which is that the Jan. 6 protest was turned into a riot in large part because of agents provocateur working for the federal government.

Carlson unearthed that story thanks to an interview he did with former Capitol Police chief Stephen Sund, and Sund said in the interview that the crowd was “filled” with feds. Fox News fired Carlson, it seems, on the day that interview was to air.

Well, he’s interviewed Sund again, and the story is the same, and this time it can’t be suppressed:

So what does Team Biden say about feds on Jan. 6 now?

Nothing, that’s what.

Oh, and then there are…

5. All the Other Guys

How about this:

Remember when “anonymously sourced” reports claiming Trump laughed at those who died on D-Day were enough to run with a story? Now you have to have direct payments to Joe Biden — payments to every other member of his family aren’t enough — to show the obvious bribery scheme being run.

This is what facilitates the mess we’re in. Every once in a while, you get some pushback, and when you do it’s glorious:

But the nonstop lies of the legacy corporate media only facilitate things like this:

And this:

Plus this:

And this:

Plus this:

Not to mention this:

And, finally, this:

We’re covered in the filthiest liars we’ve ever endured in positions of power. It’s worse than it’s ever been. Nothing about this regime is legitimate.

America has become a kakistocracy. It can’t continue.
