Arrogance and Race
by

I just noticed after I posted the previous comments that Keith Olbermann labeled a bunch of National Review people “racist” for saying that Barack Obama is arrogant. That is the first time I have ever heard of arrogance described as a trait associated with black people. Bizarre. Well, I called Obama arrogant in my headline below. If Olbermann wants to call me a racist to my face, and take off his ugly glasses, that slur on me will be taken as “fighting words.” This president is arrogant. Arrogant. Arrogant. Arrogant. And incredibly arrogant. And I say so secure in the knowledge that Keith Olbermann can’t touch my record of fighting for racial equality or of, on multiple occasions and in multiple ways, sticking my neck out for the rights, interests, and hopes of black Americans.

Oh, and in case it wasn’t clear, I think white people, too, can be arrogant. Just not as arrogant as Barack Obama.
