Marco Rubio finally gets into the win column with a triumph in the Minnesota Republican Caucus.
Although Rubio might not win anywhere else, he does pick up delegates. If he gets 20% of the vote in Texas, Rubio will get delegates. Despite Ted Cruz’s wins in Texas and Oklahoma, Rubio might have a comparable number of delegates.
It is also worth noting that this marks the first GOP race where Donald Trump has had a third place finish.
