The Ever Predictable NYT

Two young Muslims slaughter 14 people in California and what does the ever predictable New York Times editorial page call for?

Congrats, you all got it right. Though the question was really easy. Of course the daffy Times called for more gun control. Neither the word Muslim nor the word Islamic appear in the Times editorial, or in that leftist-newsletter’s main story on the shooting. In Timesland (not to mention Obamaland), the problem is not Muslim fanatics who kill anyone who is not Muslim. The problem is the availability of guns. (This last case of Islamic mass murder taking place, by the way, in the state with the toughest gun control laws in the nation.)

“Investigators were puzzling over the motives” for the shootings, the Times story says. Geez, two Sunni Muslims carry out a well-planned mission to kill Americans celebrating the birth of Jesus and investigators are puzzled. Clearly we have investigators who are dim-witted enough to be NYT editorial writers.
