Ted Cruz is about halfway through hour 11 of his marathon speech on the Senate floor. Perhaps the oddest moment of the night so far: Since Cruz was not there to tuck them into bed, he read his daughters Dr. Seuss’s magnum opus, Green Eggs and Ham.
It appears the message got through, though they don’t look too sleepy.
