Justice Dep't Recusal List!
To give credit where it is due, Byron York had a good piece on a brewing battle between Sen. Chuck Grassley and AG Eric Holder about how many times Justice officials have been forced to recuse themselves on suspected-terrorist detainee cases. Well, just within the past hour, we at the Wash Times advanced the story in a special early editorial. The answer for one official, departmental number 3 Tom Perelli: 39 times. This is a Wash Times opinion department exclusive.
The names of the detainees? Saad Al Qahtani. Mohammed Zahrani. Achraf Salim ("Sultan") Abdessalam. Abdul Rahman Abdul Abu Ghityh Sulayman. ......

And it comes on the heels of my colleague Kerry Picket's great report yesterday that makes Chuck Schumer look a bit two-faced, about whether or not foreign terrorists captured abroad should be tried in criminal courts here.
All in all, this whole KSM trial continues to look worse and worse every day and every hour.

The answer to the question as to 'WHY' that Robert [see TAS's 'What Has Changed'] proposed [and that liberals such as Toddard counter-argue]. We must have the trials in the United States [ie NY, Chicago,etc] so as to continue the destruction of this country's infrastructure and its people. We Americans have now been brainwashed into electing possibly sleeper-celled, terroristic political leaders that are running our country [by means of their TROJUNED-HORSED, subversive political manuvers (ie Acorn's activities)]. The ENEMY is now running our government, and they can now destroy it from WITHIN. They do not need to fly planes into skyscrapers and kill thousands of innocent Americans that are trapped inside-----they can simply implement governmental policy/programs that will effective accompolish same. In this case, trials held/conducted in NY/Chicago,etc will attact BOTH domestic/sleeper-celled terrorists and foreign terrorists as a CALL TO ARMS against America; and that is what is
desired/wanted from these present governmental leaders to happen. It's not Rocket Science, folks-----it's called PSYCHOLOGICAL MANIPULATION OF THE ENEMY. These terrorists are very intelligent, and since they are outmanned against our military with sophisticated weaponry and armamounts, they have to devise outflanking methods in order to accompolish their desired victory [think back to the American colonists being outnumbered and trying to fight the British army, okay?]. What can Americans do now, in consideration of this present situation, you ask? Simple, just as with the tea party protests and the election results of Virginia and NJ; American taxpayers-voters MUST collectively/actively [mainly] VOTE for any/all conservative candidates that are/will be running [whose policies/platforms] are AGAINST the present governmental administration's. Additionally, street protests/tea parties, citizen contacts/complaints of their governmental representatives,etc
will all supplementally assist/help accompolish a solution to our present problems, but the main aspect is for Americans to VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please use spell check. Your ideas are sound and theories are spot on, but as they look for reasons to discount you, your spelling causes you to appear to be an uneducated rube.
Again, I am with you....we are being overtaken from within by fifth columnists, and we must stand and fight. We fight for what we believe in, or fall for anything.

Dear 'Friend' : The problems that this country are now faced with are partially because of ignorant FOOLS like yourself who worry more about SPELLING/PUNCTUATION,etc than the intended message/meaning of statements. For your [asinine] information, I have a college/graduate degree; and due to haste, sometimes misspell words,etc [as we all do sometimes]. It is the MORONS such as yourself WHO effectively cuased this possibly domestic terrorist government to be elected [placed in charge of our government] by your worrying more about English grammarical useage instead of who/what you allow to run your government. You're ovbiously a typical, liberal arts type egghead/pinhead whose priorities are sadely misplaced/misdirected. Keep on worrying about someone's mispellings ranther than your government sinking into the toilet from the actions of its elected representatives.
