The House Page Program has become a casualty of Capitol Hill budget-cutting. House Speaker John Boehner and Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi announced today that the program was coming to a close due to its $5 million cost and other means for delivering messages to members of Congress.
No word about the closure from Mark Foley. Gerry Studds is unavailable for comment.
