Texas Gov. Rick Perry is starting to sound more like a presidential candidate, testing out his stump speech nationally. Perry is scheduled to appear at the Republican Leadership Conference cattle call in New Orleans this weekend. Newt Gingrich, Herman Cain, Ron Paul, Michele Bachmann, Jon Huntsman, Rick Santorum, and Buddy Roemer are among the presidential wannabes scheduled.
