Kyoto failed so their new way to skin the cat of ‘global governance’ to limit development among a disfavored few and transfer wealth to the many is a “sustainability” treaty, for which there has been one negotiating session, another looms this Spring, and then it is to be completed and sprung on us three weeks before an Obama-attended, campaign-season ‘world summit’ in Rio.
Which, as they recall, is how they inserted ‘global warming’ into U.S. politics, and consequently into our policy. And they hope to reprise their highest achievement to date, even if it fell just short.
