Jamie Raskin Admits: Democrats Are Fascists
by

So.

Maryland Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin finally admits it: The Democrats — starting with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and himself — are the party of fascists.

Here is Raskin saying this on CBS’ Face the Nation:

Two of the hallmarks of a fascist political party are one, they don’t accept the results of elections that don’t go their way and two, they embrace political violence.

Got it.

When it comes to not accepting “the results of elections that don’t go their way” here is Exhibit One, as headlined in the Washington Post:

Hillary Clinton: [Donald] Trump is an ‘illegitimate president’

The very first paragraph confirms Raskin’s fascist designation that a fascist party doesn’t “accept the results of elections that don’t go their way.” The Post reported this:

Hillary Clinton dismissed President Trump as an “illegitimate president” and suggested that “he knows” that he stole the 2016 presidential election in a CBS News interview to be aired Sunday.

Which is to say, Raskin now admits that Clinton and her party — his party — are fascists. Not to mention that he has implicated himself as a fascist election denier. It was Raskin, recall, who stood up on the floor of the House in January of 2017 and refused to certify the electoral votes of Florida, an action of not accepting “the results of elections that don’t go their way.” Florida did not go Raskin’s way — so he refused to certify the election.

Over here at Fox News was this report after the 2020 election:

The last three times a Republican has been elected president — Trump in 2016 and George W. Bush in both 2000 and 2004 — Democrats in the House have brought objections to the electoral votes in states the GOP nominee won. In early 2005 specifically, Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., along with Rep. Stephanie Tubbs, D-Ohio, objected to Bush’s 2004 electoral votes in Ohio.

That forced the chambers to leave their joint session and debate separately for two hours on whether to reject Ohio’s electoral votes. Neither did.

Got it. Fascist alert!

Then Raskin said that the tell-tale of a fascist political party is that “they embrace political violence.”

Got that too.

Here is a report from the Post Millennial on the political violence that came to Washington when Trump was inaugurated in 2017:

Black-clad activists among hundreds of demonstrators protested over Trump’s swearing-in and clashed with law enforcement just a few blocks from the White House. Rocks and bottles were launched at cops dressed in riot gear. Six local officers were injured by rioters.

At one flash point, an instigator hurled an object through the passenger window of a police van, which retreated, speeding away in reverse as onlookers cheered. Far-left militants defaced storefronts, causing tens of thousands of dollars in property damage.

Agitators used chunks of pavement and baseball bats to shatter the glass windows of several businesses downtown, including a Bank of America branch and a McDonald’s outlet — all symbols of American capitalism.

Multiple vehicles were set on fire. A black limousine was lit ablaze. Rioters dragged garbage cans into the streets near Pennsylvania Avenue which also became sites of arson, Reuters reported. The iconic red cap bearing Trump’s “Make America Great Again” campaign slogan was tossed into the flames.

Got that? There is Raskin’s American Left doing exactly what Raskin has described as fascist because “they embrace political violence.”

So, what do we have here?

What we have here is Raskin, a U.S. representative, admitting with 100 percent accuracy that he belongs to America’s fascist party — the Democrats. Admitting that Hillary Clinton exhibits the telltale signs of fascism because she has refused to accept the results of an election that didn’t go her way. Admitting that he himself is a fascist because he refused to accept the results of the 2016 election and tried to overturn it. Admitting that Democrats’ repeated refusal to accept the results of elections in 2000 and 2004 identifies them exactly as fascists. And admitting that the repeated violence from the American Left — whether during Trump’s inaugural in 2017 or with the 500-plus riots by BLM in 2020 — indelibly marks the Democrats as America’s fascist party.

Got all of that?

On we go.

Will Democrats — the fascist party of election deniers and violence — accept the results of the 2022 election if they don’t go their way? Will there be violence from Democrats and the rest of the left if they lose?

Stay tuned.

But fascists will be fascists. That’s who they are. And fascism is what they do.
