Girls Are Now Being Banned From Sports for Wanting to Play Against Girls

If a girls’ sports team fielded a boy disguised as a girl, referees once called that cheating.

Now when schools refuse to play girls’ teams fielding male players disguised as females, officials call them bad sports.

The Vermont Principals Association (VPA) anathematized Mid Vermont Christian School for refusing to take the court in a girls’ basketball game against a team that included a male player.

This life-imitates-art Juwanna Mann story ended not only in Mid Vermont Christian forfeiting the game, but also the VPA barred the team from competing in any games sanctioned by it.

“With feedback from membership at large, our Diversity Equity and Inclusion in Activities Committee, and our Activity Standards Committee,” the principals with strange principles stated, “[t]he VPA’s Executive Council met today, March 13th, 2023 to discuss the relevant forfeiture. The result was a determination that policies have been violated at the school level, thus there is an immediate determination of ineligibility for Mid-Vermont Christian in VPA sanctioned activities and tournaments going forward.”

TLDR version? Radicals so want boys to play girls’ sports that they won’t let anyone play sports who does not agree with them.
