After listing all the bad, negligent things Hillary Clinton did with classified emails on her “home-brew” server, FBI director James Comey says that no charges will be filed against her.
Did anyone really believe there’d be a different result?
Here’s a link to the Director’s statement.
Here’s the most egregious comment by our politicized FBI agent, James Comey:
“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”
Wait. A. Minute.
The setting up of a private email server is a purposeful, deliberate act meant to hide information. It’s not like, “Oops, how did this happen? Suddenly, there’s an magical email server in my house! Wherever did that come from? Gee whiz!”

If only the FBI was evenhanded in their justice.
Gabriel Malor, lawyer, says this,”It is hard to square Comey’s comments on intent with the gross negligence standard of 18 U.S.C. § 793(f).”
Yes, but that’s a question of law and justice. This statement and action by the FBI was a political consideration.
Exit question: Will this help Donald Trump? My answer: Yes.
