It’s a pleasure to see Jacob Sullum calmly dismantle her latest dispatch on the oral argument before the Court in McComish v. Bennett. “Sometimes people really do have honest differences of opinion about constitutional interpretation,” writes Sullum. “For the sake of civility and rational discussion, why not assume that to be the case in the absence of strong evidence to the contrary?”
