First, I don’t really give two hoots about figure skating. I don’t understand the sport. I don’t like sports scopred by judging. And I have no problem with a competitor letting it be known that he thought he earned better marks than he got. But I also don’t care if it causes an international incident for me to say that Yevgeny Plushenko is the poorest sport I have ever seen, the way he ripped the classy American Evan Lysacek when the judges gave Lysacek higher points. What a pathetic crybaby weasel of a man Plushenko has proved to be. And what a pathetic, thuggish, dishonorable leader Vladimir Putin is to raise Plushenko’s crybaby act almost to the level of a diplomatic incident by so publicly backing Pulshenko. Both of them come across, in terms of character and honor, as very small men indeed.
