In her article yesterday, Betsy McCaughey argued that the movement of Americans from blue states to red states gives reason for political optimism (if you’re not a leftist.)
Apparently the excellent economists Art Laffer and Steve Moore were thinking the same thing because they offer a similar view, with particular focus on state tax policies, in the Wall Street Journal today. It’s a good article, but Betsy definitely scooped them on the idea!
