A rival campaign passes on this video of Gov. Huckabee telling the Arkansas House of Representatives he’d “happily sign” a tabacco tax. In the clip, he also expresses support for an income tax surcharge, sales tax, or a combination of all of them. The only saving grace for Huckabee, perhaps, is that the speech took place when he was still fat, so it looks more dated than it otherwise might have:
