Anthony Weiner found his way onto Sean Hannity’s program last night and things turned awkward as expected.
Hannity, as just about every pundit does when Weiner speaks on air, initially badgered him with the “What were you thinking?” question regarding his highly publicized sexual scandals. The answer should be obvious enough: He wasn’t.
Weiner appeared annoyed right away and said, “You asked me to come on and talk about Obamacare and the government standoff and so I’d be glad to talk to you about it. Frankly, it seems sometimes you need some explaining on things and I’m here to do it for you brother.” Saucy.

Why Weiner goes on these programs when he knows full well that he’ll be “ambushed” is dumbfounding, but Hannity’s beating of that dead horse somewhat backfired. Weiner actually held his own and made Hannity look petty, just as he did with Lawrence O’Donnell’s show not too long ago:
