I doubt that. Impeachment is reserved only for the most egregious offenses. It's only happened a few times in our nation's history and doesn't really seem to be an actual deterant. It's really, really hard to impeach a president. Easier to do is disempower a president legislatively or through judicial action.

There is no law when it comes to special interest. It is the game our leaders play with each other at our expense. They have nothing to loose, they vote a pay raise while we loose our homes. They encourage out sourcing while we have no jobs. They continue to get a salary even when they no longer have the position they where elected to. They vote reduction to Medicare and Social security in order to protect the salary they continue to draw long after they no longer have the position. Social security isn't bank rupting America, it is the pork and special interest and good old boy club that is. This thing with Johnson in DC and his wife is an example. His wife was caught with money stuffed in her bra and attempting to flush a check down the toilet and yet she maintained a position on a board of influence until she was found guilty. Are you aware that when a police officer defends themselves and a perp is shot or killed the officer is put on adminsitrative leave until he or she is cleared. DOUBLE STANDARDS for people in power. The Mayor of DC caught on tape smoking crack and yet he got relected to a leadership position. ONCE again double standard for we the people but our Sheriffs of Notingham are treating us as the peasants of old Britian.

I'm actually in the process of writing a letter / e-mail to Speaker Boehner and it isn't very kind, but it is truthful and from the heart with suggestions. I'm also copying in my Rep Dana Rorahbacher. We all need to do these kind of things. Take 1/2 an hour a week and remember we need to let our reps and senators know when they do something right in our eyes as well so they continue on that path.

Someone asked how to clean up the media. Simple. Stop buying their sponsors products. Write/phone the sponsors of the main network news groups. Not so unbelieveable, why would this surprise anyone. The sad part in all of this is that the Congress is affraid to take this guy on, the race thing you know. It is time that the Republicans get off their butts and start doing their jobs. It's sad that we have a President, who basically is being given a free pass, to violate the law. Can you imagine if it was a Republican, that would be grounds for a lynching.

THIS PRESIDENT, BARACK OBAMA IS PROBABLY GUILTY OF a number of felonies under the CFR , including but not limited to "1" Conspiracy to establish with the current Attorney General Eric Holder, Sec. of State Hillary Clinton, the leadership of higher ups of BATFE, operation Fast and furious a program to illegally smuggle by deception and fraud weapons obtained by underlings under direct order by BATAFE leaders into Mexico! "2" As an accessory along with Eric Holder, Secty. of DOJ as a co conspirator before and after and an accessory of Murder of a U.S. Law enforcement Member of the U.S. Border Patrol; additionally presenting a falsified Document, "Certificate of Live Birth" from the State of Hawaii, which constitues Felony charges which if after prosecution and being found guilty could be sentenced to death as to the charge of being an accessory before and after the fact, of a U.S. Law Enforcement Officer, punishable by a sentence of Death and or fines and incarceration in the U.S. Prison System along with all co defendants ! The last issue being a granting of funds specifically precluded from being awarded to the Organization of known as ACORN ! There should be a Grand Jury of twelve individual registered Voters from different State and being a secret Grand Jury with only one two Supreme court Judges having knowledge of who they are, also any appointee made by Barack Obama to the Supreme Court being excluded from making any choice of the Grand Jury; and meeting in a place of secrecy . Upon arrival of a True or Negative Bill then the individuals named would face trial in an appropriate District Court of the United States, outside of the Washington,D.C. Virginia, , Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York Districts and all jurors being chosen sequestered for the entire time of the trial and prior to until after a verdict is rendered ! The outcome after the trial would either make Barack Hussein Obama or the Birth Certificate issue in its own right not able to be President or to ever hold any political office in the United States of America ! Now we need several (six) U.S. District Court Judges to sign subpoenas and warrants for arrest involving this issue and proceed from this point forward !
