Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is going to spend a fourth night in the hospital recovering from an attack by an assailant wielding a model of Milan Cathedral that left him with a broken nose and two chipped teeth. DP is right, unless there's something simple cosmetics won't cover. A black eye can be hidden, but maybe not a swollen lip or set of stitches.

Still, he's what, 73? And if he had a concussion, no reason to rush anything.
