Previewing his overseas trip (and his much-touted Cairo
University speech) to the BBC, President Obama made clear he has
more apologizing left to do. Will he still be making apologies
when he ends his trip in Buchenwald and Normandy commemorating
the lives lost as a result of Hitler’s
atrocities?

Obama told the BBC,
We’re treading very dangerously.
America just can’t “impose
[Our] values” forcibly on those
With different cultures, history
Within the “world community.”
Is this the message of his speech
In Cairo, where he’ll bow and preach?
We’ll change our ways to help assuage
The justifiable Muslim rage.
Still more U.S. self-flagellation
To fan Obama adulation;
In search of unrealistic ends —
That terrorists become our friends.
Then on to where the Nazis lost;
Where they unleashed their holocaust.
Our soldiers answered nobly
The call to vanquish tyranny.
We hope he won’t apologize
At Buchenwald, but recognize
Our values led to action then.
Lest history repeat again.

Cap: OBNA off to Islam. Soc, what say you, will he lay down the gauntlet, or bow and scrape?
Soc: A neat trick, Cap. The question should be, what can you do to make the folks in the Mid East understand, we mean no harm? That we have been too Testorone laden, in the past. That a new Era is here, indeed, an era of discourse, discussion, talks, w/o overt action. An era of behind the scenes deals, made w/o benefit of a Transparent Press. Cap, we have a huge task here. Undoing all the efforts, treaties, agreements, unsung support, all this takes time. This trip is the opening shot. FP is the Second Front. We have to adjust, realign, restate, and make sure there is an understanding of this new Era set of rules. Takes time, be patient. Look at the past 120 days. We have set records in the DP front, now watch our smoke.
Cap: Soc, if the OSI set of initiatives are met, IE Open Borders to all, Open discourse and talks w/o concurrent bargaining chips being made, will that suffice for the Funders Agenda?
Soc: By no means. The USA FP must be submittal to the UE, and the Eastern Bloc, as well as the Mid East Islamic Bloc. FP is a web of intriques at best. OBNA folks are just getting their feet wet. We have the OSI folks, carrying the ball. And they have been here all along.
Cap: Just where do you anticipate the USA Electorate being, re: FP in the next 4 years.
Soc: Economy so weakened, wealth so evenly, yet poorly distributed, environmental rules so heavy, and the FCC regs so disruptive, that the FP events will be buried under page 50 of the OBAN media. We expect isolationism to be rampant, a full return to Pre- Depression days philosophy, of no involvement across the pond. HOO RAH.
Cap: Another fine mess, Soc. Where does it all end?
