It has been slow in coming, but payback’s a bitch.
The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) is the foremost advocate for the transgender movement. It is consulted by many physicians and mental health professionals as well as journalists on the subject, not only in the United States, but in Canada and Europe. The International Journal of Transgender Health is partnered with WPATH. It has for years been consulted by the Endocrine Society, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Medical Association.
As a pediatric neurosurgeon put it simply, surgical removal of healthy organs is not a treatment for mental illness and to do so is unethical and evidence of malpractice.
The Federal Trade Commission, which protects consumers, along with the attorney generals of Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, and Alaska has sued WPATH for lying to both parents and children for making deceptive and unsubstantiated health-related claims regarding the medical consensus and medical necessity, as well as the safety and effectiveness of transgender procedures for the purpose of making a buck. It has been long overdue. These “treatments” involved interfering with the normal physiological development of children, the mutilation of their bodies, and psychological indoctrination, manipulation and deception. In short, quackery was rampant.
In 2022, over 2,700 professionals had signed an online denunciation of the institution, titled Beyond WPATH. The American Council of Pediatricians denounced the organization.
Then, in 2024, investigative reporters from the Daily Caller uncovered the unsavory aspect of WPATH. An explosive internal leak of files and emails, sent to Michael Schellenberg, who released the information, followed by the release of tapes to the internet (including YouTube) demonstrated that the staff routinely downplayed, if not outright ignored severe psychological comorbidities (including autism and schizophrenia) which are central to the issue of gender dysphoria which is itself a mental illness.
One gets the impression that “gender affirming” surgeries were being used as cures for psychological conditions, instead of the usual, proven, more effective treatments, and that WPATH staff was hellbent in seeing as many children become transgender as was possible.
WPATH engaged in unethical practices. Its foundation was solidly unscientific. The surgical procedures being advocated were horrifying. The members engaged in a profusion of activism verbiage. They routinely employed euphemisms regarding surgeries and injections with a flippant attitude (“It’s going to be an adventure!” “You’re going to embark on a gender journey!”), used to make the horrible surgeries palatable to minors and their parents. They also minimized the ensuing adverse effects (80 percent probability of complications), such as infertility.
More shocking was the attitude and the acknowledgement by the demented staff regarding both the procedures and the drugs used in “gender affirming;” they were not certain of the outcomes or the side effects. It was a learn-as-you-go approach! They admitted it! It is no exaggeration to state that these professionals didn’t know what they were doing — but they were happy doing it! Mutilating children apparently made them feel good.
Here is a description from a Canadian physician who laughed off those individuals with transgender regret as “haters:”
It’s a lot to ask, for your body to have the vaginal cavity obliterated, the vaginal mucosa removed, the urethra lengthened, the phalloplasty done with the flap transposed, and then to do everything and then put the penile implant and all that. It would be a massive rate of infection, it would be more urinary complications, so we stage everything. We do the phallus first, then we work on the urinary tract, and then we do the implants last.
In these procedures, it must be kept in mind that when a boy is being castrated and turned into a pseudo-girl, there is a removal of organs and the making of a pseudo-vaginal cavity. In the case of a girl turning into a pseudo-boy, internal and external organs are removed, the vaginal cavity is closed up and a nonfunctioning pseudo-penis is attached that just flops around, but the urethra has got to be somehow extended far more than it is naturally. In short, it is easier to remove than to create something from nothing, with potentially catastrophic results. Which only makes sense if one does not acknowledge that the sexes/genders are binary with inherently immutable biology.

There is probably a case to be made for some of the worst of the medical “professionals” (physicians, psychologists, nurses) involved in this butchery to have their licenses revoked, be sued by their victims, and put on trial for child endangerment and/or involuntary manslaughter. As with the many doctors and nurses who persecuted people during covid — e.g. those doctors who refused to do organ transplants on people who refused to take the toxic covid “vaccine” — these people are evil. The Nuremberg Code should apply to both the transgender and the covid frauds.
Mutilating children is wrong. Period.
