Just to clarify, so my tiny brain can understand: The FBI had intelligence and evidence on the Orlando “loser,” the Boston brother “losers,” the Fort Lauderdale airport “loser.” At best, they were negligent in their investigations, and, at worst, they utterly dropped the ball. Yet they and every other committee investigating the President have zero, and I repeat zero, evidence, and yet continue to investigate. That, my friends, is what you call a serious disconnect.
When did our intelligence community become “Get Smart” and not smart? Is there anyone out there right now that truly feels safe after watching these endless hearings? Does anyone trust our national security and safety with these “Spies Like Us” doing the spying? I’m actually waiting for one of these guys to scream “Get Flint.”
Yeah, yeah, I know it’s taboo to attack those who serve, and you know what, screw that. When our former FBI director, who, yes, was unceremoniously fired, has become a chatty Cathy doll, it is truly time to look at who the hell is protecting us. When John Brennan doesn’t know the definition of “no evidence,Æ we should truly be frightened.
These 8th grade mock trials and debates come down to one thing: an outsider is now inside. And it just drives all on the left, and more than a few on the right, nuts. When people live in status quo land, nothing is more frightening than having their status quo in jeopardy. How sad is it that these men and women care more about protecting themselves than they do about protecting those who voted them in, or voted for those who then voted the others in.
Is this too harsh? Honestly, I don’t think it’s harsh enough. These are the people who are making sure we don’t have another 9/11, San Bernardino, Orlando, Boston, Fort Hood, or Fort Lauderdale? After watching the barbaric events in Manchester, is there anyone, unless they are in complete denial, who doesn’t think we are a hop, skip, and a jump away from this happening to us again? Since the media loves to reference the “Saturday Night Massacre” and invoke Nixon, maybe it is time the President just clean house — actually that’s not a maybe, it is time. What’s the worst thing that will happen? The media, Democrats, and John McCain will turn on him?
It’s now “show and tell.” Until you actually have evidence, then enough with these damn hearings. The hearings we should be having should be about why and how the FBI blew investigations, which led to the deaths, and disfigurements, of many Americans. The investigations should be into who is “leaking.” By the way, “leaking” is an all too soft word for what has actually been going on. The investigations should be into who is betraying the American government and its people and putting our national security and safety in peril. So, to the idiot senators and Democrats fearing the President calling these losers, losers, will serve as a recruitment tool, trust me, if anything is being used as a tool, it is you tools.
