The Media Inverts Reality in the Kenosha and Waukesha Cases
by

I hereby nominate America’s left-wing regime media for the 2022 Nobel Prize for Physics.

These far-left activists, masquerading as objective journalists, successfully inverted reality by 180 degrees. They turned a non-racist white teenager into a white supremacist and rendered a black bigot completely invisible.

The original details that Americans heard about Kyle Rittenhouse were screamed loudly and swiftly, soon after he shot three men who chased and attacked him in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on August 25, 2020. Rittenhouse killed two and injured one. This case’s “facts” bounced around and echoed each other, like subatomic particles in a media-powered linear accelerator.

•MSNBC’s John Heilemann described Rittenhouse as follows: “A white, MAGA-loving Blue Lives Matter social-media partisan, 17 years old, picks up a gun, drives from one state to another with the intent to shoot people.”

•MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough called Rittenhouse an “active shooter” and “a 17-year-old kid just running around shooting and killing protesters … who drove across state lines with an AR-15 and started shooting people up.” During Rittenhouse’s trial, the Morning Joe co-host called Rittenhouse a “self-appointed militia member … unloading 60 rounds.”

The Independent reported that Rittenhouse shot “three Black men.”

The Intercept used the phrase “white supremacist” 16 times in one article on Rittenhouse and his trial. Countless news outlets parroted this claim, as did then-candidate Joe Biden.

Even after Rittenhouse’s November 19 acquittal on all charges, the media’s truth-flipping quantum mechanics persisted at the speed of light.

•MSNBC’s Tiffany Cross called it “disgusting” that members of Congress would “celebrate this little murderous white supremacist.”

• CBS News’ Face the Nation said that “Rittenhouse drove in from Illinois, armed for battle.”

• MSNBC’s Hatemonger-in-Chief Joy Reid underwent an atomic chain reaction. She tied Rittenhouse to slavery.

“This country was built on the idea that white men had a particular kind of freedom and a particular kind of citizenship that only they have,” Reid said. “That gives, you know, from the slave catchers on, the right to inflict violence in the name of protecting property.”

These media figures and their Democrat-Left comrades presented a picture as opposite the truth as electrons differ from protons.

In fact, Rittenhouse did not charge across state lines, fully armed, firing dozens of rounds at black people whom he hated. Rather he lived in Antioch, Illinois, and regularly drove 20 minutes to Kenosha, Wisconsin. He worked there as a lifeguard and visited his father, grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins, and best friend — Kenoshans all.

Rittenhouse’s AR-15 already was in Kenosha, stored in his best friend’s stepfather’s gun safe. Wisconsin law permits 17-year-olds to use rifles with Rittenhouse’s weapon’s specifications. Democrat-appointed Judge Bruce Schroeder — who previously had run for Wisconsin State Senate as a Democrat — dismissed Rittenhouse’s illegal-gun charge. Hapless prosecutors never should have filed it.

Rittenhouse fatally unloaded four rounds at five-time child-rapist Joseph Rosenbaum, who lunged for his gun after stating homicidal wishes toward the teenager. “He said, ‘I’m going to effing kill you,’” Rittenhouse recalls Rosenbaum screaming at him and others.

Rittenhouse fired two bullets and missed convicted criminal Maurice Freeland, who tried to jump on him and kick him in the head.

Rittenhouse shot one lethal round at convicted criminal Anthony Huber after he slammed a skateboard into the back of Rittenhouse’s skull.

Rittenhouse shot and wounded convicted criminal Gaige Grosskreutz as the latter aimed a loaded Glock pistol at Rittenhouse’s head.

Rather than Scarborough’s “60 rounds,” Rittenhouse fired just eight bullets.

Instead of a long, leisurely, hate-filled shooting spree down Sheridan Road, all the above transpired in one minute and 20 seconds, according to John Black, an expert defense witness. Black testified that just two minutes and 55 seconds separated Rittenhouse’s appearance on surveillance video as Rosenbaum chased him and the teenager’s attempted surrender to Kenosha police.

Speaking of black, all three men whom Rittenhouse shot were white. Far from a white supremacist, Rittenhouse told Fox News Channel’s Tucker Carlson, “I support the BLM movement.” He also decried “prosecutorial misconduct” and said: “If they did this to me, imagine what they could have done to a person of color who doesn’t maybe have the resources I do or is not widely publicized like my case.”

Regarding Rittenhouse’s alleged racism, “The accusation has become holy writ, but there is zero evidence,” wrote the New York Post’s Miranda Devine. “The FBI scoured Kyle’s phone and found nothing about white supremacy or militias, the court heard.”

Indeed, this case’s only racist is Joseph Rosenbaum. The evening he was killed, Rosenbaum yelled at someone in a multi-colored crowd in Kenosha: “Shoot me, n***a! Shoot me, n***a!”

“‘I’m going to cut your hearts out, you effing n-words,’” Rittenhouse witnessed Rosenbaum say. “They [the other protesters] were disassociating with him because he was spewing the n-word around, and they just didn’t seem to want to have anything to deal with him.”

As far as being “MAGA-loving,” Rittenhouse told Carlson, “I was a pretty big Andrew Yang supporter before all of this … I was part of the Yang Gang. … I wasn’t really into politics. I didn’t know much about Trump. I didn’t know much about Biden. I went to a Trump rally because Trump supports the police. He’s a businessman. That’s what I liked about Trump.”

So, the left-wing media took virtually every important fact in this case (many beyond this op-ed) and turned them entirely upside-down. The media got one thing right about Rittenhouse:

He is white.

The media’s Nobel-quality reality reversal worked equally well, in exactly the opposite direction, regarding Darrell Edward Brooks. He is the black man charged with plowing his red Ford Escape SUV into a Waukesha, Wisconsin, Christmas parade. Police say that Brooks killed six people, all white, including Jackson Sparks, 8, and four of this celebration’s Dancing Grannies.

Brooks is a rapper whose rap sheet could wrap a 10-foot pole. He appeared in a video for a typically reprehensible rap song that he wrote. “Real n***a f***in’ on my babysitter,” Brooks “sings” while posing with apparently the same deadly SUV. “I’m-a need a cash advance,” Brooks adds, as a gunshot erupts.

But Brooks’ offenses go far beyond dreadful “music.” He has perpetrated a continuous crime spree since 1999. Among many other violations, his 50-page record of law-breaking includes disorderly conduct, recklessly endangering safety, resisting or obstructing an officer, battery, domestic abuse, suffocation, strangulation, and raping and impregnating a 16-year-old in Nevada when he was about 23.

Brooks was arrested three times last month alone. Police say he beat his ex-girlfriend at a gas station, drove over her with that ubiquitous SUV, and left tire tracks on her left pants leg.” For that heinous crime, Brooks was granted “inappropriately low” bail of $1,000, conceded John Chisholm, Milwaukee County’s far-left, criminal-hugging district attorney. He must have missed the felonious bail jumping in Brooks’ record.

Atop his peanut-allergy-like aversion to the law, Brooks is an anti-white, anti-Semitic bigot, as his now largely blacked-out social-media posts confirm.

• Using the Twitter handle MathBoi Fly, Brooks in July 2020 posted side-by-side emojis of a middle finger and a police officer.

•That June, MathBoi Fly wrote via Twitter: “the old white ppl 2, KNOKK DEM TF OUT!! PERIOD.”

•As intrepid journalist Andy Ngo observed, Brooks posted this quote in 2016 on his now-kaput Facebook page: “Run them over. Keep traffic flowing & don’t slow down for any of these idiots…”

Brooks posted a long missive in November 2015, with Adolf Hitler’s face and the headline “HITLER KNEW WHO THE REAL JEWS WERE!” It attributed this quote to the Nazi dictator: “I did the world a favor by killing the false Jews before they designated a false state of Israel.” Brooks commented, “real game rite here.”

Of course, the reality of a white-hating black career criminal who left jail on absurdly low bail and then deliberately mowed down 68 white people, killing six, demolishes the Left’s religious belief that whites are natural-born oppressors, and blacks are their permanent victims. So, the Left pile-dived these inconvenient facts down an Orwellian memory hole.

Instead, they made Brooks disappear and — recalling Stephen King’s horror novel Christine — blamed this accident-like “tragedy” on a homicidal, self-driving automobile.

•CNN reported: “Waukesha will hold a moment of silence today, marking one week since a car drove through a city Christmas parade…”

•The Washington Post lamented “the Waukesha tragedy caused by an SUV.”

•WMTV — NBC’s Madison, Wisconsin, station — reported that “Milwaukee Dancing Grannies is mourning the loss of multiple members of its squad who died Sunday after an SUV sped into a Christmas parade in Waukesha.” The ensuing article ignores Brooks, his blood-curdling criminal career, or even that the SUV was piloted by a Homo Sapien rather than a bewildered but well-meaning Rottweiler.

•MNBC’s Rachel Maddow told her viewers that “A red SUV inexplicably sped into the parade route and then directly into people marching into the parade and people watching it on the sidewalk.” Never mind the noisome word “inexplicably.” Maddow cited “the suspect in this crime.” So, the SUV had a driver. But Maddow overlooked Brooks, his illegal violence, and his hateful online presence. State Assemblywoman Sara Rodriguez (D–Wisconsin) appeared with Maddow and also clammed up about Brooks.

In one of his most refreshingly blunt moments, President Donald J. Trump addressed a crowd of dinosaur journalists and said: “You people are sick!” These examples confirm his assessment.

It’s bad enough for the regime media to bury positive economic news to sabotage a president whom they despise.

It’s far worse for them to cover up the mayhem and murders of a human Satan to secure their sacred “Whitey hates Blackie” narrative. The left-wing media’s total inversion of reality in these cases is both astonishing and revolting.

Too many of today’s left-wing media personalities have stopped being journalists. They have become award-worthy scientists who are achieving in U.S newsrooms things still unseen in U.S. laboratories.
