The Michigan GOP exec committee, by a 4-2 vote of Romney loyalists, has somehow decreed that BOTH of the at-large delegates in that state will go to Romney, rather than being split one for Romney and one for Santorum. Santorum’s team is having a conference call now to explain, and complain. This is more than passing strange. More once I find out what’s going on. This looks like changing the rules retroactively. If so, that’s dirty pool…..
