Today Rep. Paul Ryan released another video explaining his Medicare reform plan. It demonstrates the logic of the measure in the most general terms possible, in an easy-to-follow and very polished way:
One thing that is clearer today than it was yesterday is that the GOP has placed a lot of faith in Ryan’s ability to communicate the wisdom of his plan. Because the topic is so complicated and the Medicare entitlement is so popular with its recipients, reform doesn’t stand a chance without a salesman who can present a clear and compelling explanation of what needs to be done.
