Matt Harvey of the Mets and Chris Archer of the Tampa Bay Rays, both of whom lost last night, have commanding leads for their respective league’s Dolly Parton Awards for the biggest busts of the season. Harvey is 4-10 with a 4.56 ERA. Archer is 4-11 and 4.76. Both pitchers, aces last year, are allowing a run and a half more per nine than last season. Whoda thunk it in March?
