Hillary Clinton lost the presidency. To salve the briny wounds, the left will have a winner, dammit. They will have Beyoncé and her overhyped and underwhelming album“Lemonade” winning nine Grammys. [Complete Grammy nomination list here.]
Prediction:1 Beyoncé will win all nine Grammy’s she’s nominated for this year. Why? Because there’s been the obvious Jay-Z and Beyoncé and Barack and Michelle Obama parallels, and the left wants their favored politicians to go out like winners. In addition, the Knowles family put it all on the line for Hillary, and it didn’t help her. This injustice must not stand. The arts community is prepared to right some wrongs.
Prediction 2: Hillary will “surprise” everyone at the Grammy’s and present Beyoncé with one of her awards.
Caveat: I considered that it might be Barack who presents the award. He does love celebrity, and he’s about to graduate into it full-time.
Nope, it will be Hillary. She needs some lovin’ after this terrible trauma. Beyoncé will win everything and Hillary will bask in the indirect glory by presenting her one of the awards.
