A new Bloomberg poll of likely Iowa Republican caucus voters has Cain, Paul, Romney, and Gingrich each only separate by one percentage point.
Cain, despite his recent struggles, is the leader at 20 percent. Perhaps most interesting, however, is that Ron Paul is now up to second place, narrowly beating out both Romney and the “surging” Gingrich. It’s usually easy to ignore Paul’s numbers. At 19 percent support, however, he’s drawing a significant amount of voters beyond his usual committed base.
