The DREAM Act passed last night by 216 to 198 (about 20 members didn’t vote). Roy Beck of Numbers USA has a helpful list of the 38 Democrats who voted no along with the eight Republicans who voted yes. Only two of the Republican yes votes will be in the next Congress. The bill looks much less likely to make it through the Senate.
