In this video, at 2:45 in, Morris specifically says that he witnessed then-President Clinton repeatedly interfering in the 1996 Russian presidential election, thus incurring the wrath of Vladimir Putin. Putin, says Morris, got his revenge in 2016 by interfering in the U.S. presidential election against Hillary Clinton. Needless to say, Donald Trump was busy in real estate in 1996 when Bill Clinton set this in motion, The Apprentice still eight years distant.
