Mark W. Smith is a constitutional attorney and the author of “#Duped: How the Anti-Gun Lobby Exploits the Parkland School Shooting — And How Gun Owners Can Fight Back.” His upcoming book, “First They Came for the Gun Owners,” is due in stores this October. Smith, a practicing lawyer, is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court bar and currently serves as the Vice President of the New York City chapter of the Federalist Society. He is also a Presidential Scholar and Senior Fellow in Law and Public Policy at The King’s College in New York City, as well as a former professor of law. Smith earned his J.D. from the New York University School of Law and his B.A. in Economics from the University of South Carolina. He regularly appears in the national media as a political and legal commentator.
