Another Hate Hoax That the Left Recently Promoted

Now that we are in the Age of the Hate Hoax, it is valuable to look closer at a recent “anti-Semitic” temple attack that the Left initially promoted as more proof of the evils of Trump and White nationalists. They promoted it — until it turned out that the vandal who attacked the Jewish house of worship was a (i) Black (ii) LGBT (iii) Obama supporter. Then the media dropped it like an Acme anvil in a Looney Tunes cartoon: Anti-Semitic attack? What anti-Semitic attack?

It began in the aftermath of the Pittsburgh Temple Massacre. Remember how the Mediacracy and the Leftist Democrat Jewish choir raced in to blame Trump for that American tragedy? The Pittsburgh Democrat politicians refused to appear at the temple when the President compassionately came to pay his respects. Meanwhile it emerged that the dirtbag who perpetrated the evil was a Trump hater! As with so many of these types of things, concern next turned legitimately to deterring mentally deranged copycats. Sure enough, two Jewish houses of worship, each on opposite American coasts, next were hit. Each of those attacks was completely misdirected by a Left media yearning for new signs of White conservative hate in Trump’s America.

As it happens, the first derivative incident happened in Irvine, California. A quasi-human Worm with a can spray-painted a swastika on a synagogue wall after midnight. It was a Nothing-of-a-Nothing that instead catapulted to international headlines. One has to know first-hand the lay of the land in Irvine to appreciate the matter’s utter insignificance. The FBI has been ranking Irvine for years as the safest city in the United States. It is so safe here that the police department are akin to the “Maytag repairman” in the old Jesse White TV commercials— bored with nothing to do. Thus, when two automobiles barely collide in Irvine — a mere “fender bender” — it is not unusual to see four police cars and two fire trucks on the scene within five minutes. All the First Responders are so excited. Others come rushing to set up traffic cones, to take statements. You would think a 20-man SWAT team had arrived to arrest Roger Stone for tweeting that he likes ice cream and cookies.

Security cameras at the Irvine temple reflect that the Worm was terrified as he sprayed. He covered himself in a hoodie, donning sunglasses outdoors past midnight to cover his eyes, wearing a surgical face mask. He raced with his or her aerosol spray and painted two words, thus exhausting his vocabulary. He then frantically fled like his life depended on it — and you bet it did! Kinky Friedman has sung that “they ain’t makin’ Jews” who turn the other cheek anymore. If that guy had been caught with that can at the synagogue, the remaining aerosol would have been sprayed up and down both his main orifices, leaving him yellow-bellied, yellow-livered, yellow-esophagused, and yellow-rectumed. Indeed, by first thing the next morning, only moments after the media were alerted and the graffiti photo was disseminated to news outlets far and wide, the exterior wall rapidly was repainted. Yet, by afternoon, the Anti-Defamation League and Simon Wiesenthal Center were emailing nationwide with solicitations for donations, and Israeli media were pointing to the incident as proof that the American chapter of Jewish history had ended. They urged everything but that the last survivors of the Palm Beach Ghetto race home to Zion before the exit gates of Miami-Dade are closed forever.

Such spray paintings pose a small conundrum. For people without the perspective of political reality and history, brainwashed by the plethora of Leftist anti-Trump media, a midnight swastika is unsettling. But in truth, such incidents at this place and moment in time are an absolute nothing. Yes, Jews have learned from our history that we must never be sanguine when even the smallest form of anti-Semitism manifests. If we allow spray paint to go unanswered, then next time it may be escalated to a rock through a window, and the next time a punch in someone’s face or a street beating like what transpires on the Berkeley campus. Therefore, vigilance always is urgent and imperative, and the culprit must be hunted down, prosecuted, and punished severely for any hate crime — assuming any parts are left of him after he first has been identified and greeted by members of the congregation. So Jews do not enjoy the luxury of ignoring this kind of stuff. But on the other hand, keeping perspective, it was only a can of aerosol spray, a terrified dirtbag disguising and camouflaging his identity in the middle of the night, and rapidly running away for dear life after three minutes. For goodness sakes, the story did not merit international news — nor, frankly, donations to “defense” agencies. Just a group of people to find him, spray him, spay him, and — if not slay him — then accompany his remains to justice.

Well, all the anti-Trumpers had to make a big story out of it, so… Surprise! The next day some other anti-Semite sprayed a temple on the other coast, in Brooklyn. The Left jumped in with elation: Yay! More anti-Semitism since Donald Trump became President! Houston, we have lift off! In addition, the Brooklyn one did entail a greater concern because that vandal sprayed within the facility. The incident so frightened the temple management and population that they promptly canceled a widely promoted public event. And again the Left’s reaction was the predictable: Another Trump MAGA bigot at work in Trump’s hate-frenzied White Nationalist America, where the President blows the dog whistles that only Don Lemon and Van Jones hear. (Do you ever sometimes feel jealous of Lemon and Jones because the Extraterrestrial Spirits seem to speak only to them?) Indeed, several New York Democrats immediately leveraged the story to pump up their election campaigns at the time.

And so:

The graffiti is another indicator that anti-semitism is on the rise, as Republicans openly embrace white nationalism and spew messages of hate and intolerance.

And so:

Reason 239 to NOT support a “nationalist” president, sooner or later they’re always going to come for the Jews.

And so and so:

The Generator community experienced, together, how white supremacy, anti-Semitism and racism silences human rights politics and halts progress.

OK. But who indeed dunnit?

The police rapidly caught the hoodlum on that one. Couldn’t ask for a nicer name: James Polite. And it turned out that he is so White that he is Black. He is such a heterosexual that he is LGBT. He is such a nationalist Trump extremist that in truth he has been an Obama campaign worker and has been active in Democrat and liberal causes for years, posting online his support for Stacey Abrams, Kamala Harris, and Ocasio-Cortez. And that is why, outside of the inner boroughs of New York City where the incident occurred, America does not know of him. The mainstream media shut down the story at once because the Polite incident actually invited two other narratives, depending on which toggled:

1. If Polite does not actually harbor anti-Jewish prejudices but simply wanted to frame Trump supporters and the good hundred million Americans who support conservative principles — a precursor to Jussie and the Polar Vortex Rope Trick — then his act was yet another hate hoax.

2. If Polite indeed hates Jews, then his act reflected the true realignment of anti-Semitism in the United States that has unfolded in recent years, where the most vicious Jew-hate in America now reposes in and emerges increasingly from the Left: from Blacks on the Left, from Jews on the Left, from Muslims on the Left, and from Left bigots in academia. Examples:

  • Democrat Representative Ilhan Omarof Minnesota , anti-Semite.
  • Democrat Representative Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, anti-Semite.
  • Democrat National Committee recent Deputy Chair and Minnesota Attorney-General Keith Ellison, anti-Semite.
  • Al Sharpton of MSNBC, anti-Semite.
  • Linda Sarsour and Tamika Mallory of The Women’s March, anti-Semites.
  • The Right Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, anti-Semite.

Public anti-Semitism now primarily is the domain of the American Left, from the halls of Congress to America’s campuses, where the uniquely anti-Jewish “BDS movement” is the signature political cause of the day, mirroring the way that college campuses bred and led Jew-hatred in Nazi Eastern Europe during the 1930s and 1940s, Today’s Leftist BDS even threatens the safety of Jewish students from NYU to the University of California. Under BDS — Boycott, Divest, and Sanction — Leftist professors and their Jew-hating minions hold Israel to standards they would not expect of Putin’s Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Pahkistahn, Indonesia, Maduro’s Venezuela, Castro’s Cuba, or even Iran or North Korea. Only Israel is evil. Only Israel is to be removed from the map as Marc Lamont Hill put it: “From the [Jordan] river to the [Mediterranean] sea” — an end to Israel.

Indeed, Leftist Jews are among the most vicious supporters of the anti-Israel chorus. It is a sickness of the soul among Jews bereft of Judaic substance, a disease whose analysis merits its own separate volume. The sickness that sees a Karl Marx, whose father converted to Christianity before he was born, passionately write for the end of the Jews. A sickness that saw Jewish Communists lead Stalin’s efforts to destroy the Jews of the Soviet Union — until Stalin finally decided to destroy those Jews first. In the contemporary era, it is the Jew on UCI’s faculty who blames Israel for things that defy the imagination, but whose lifetime academic tenure leaves him professionally safe to expel his gas. A Jew named Norman Finkelstein whose take on the Holocaust defies the imagination. All the vicious causes against Israel that George Soros funds, often secretly. It is a Jewish illness, even found among the Leftist Israelis now teaching on American campuses, manifest primarily in those who flaunt that they do not eat kosher, do not observe the Sabbath as it is commanded, and who feel compelled to prove to those around them that they are no different from all the other non-Jewish Leftists in their professional ambit of anti-Semitism.

You want to find anti-Semitism in Trump’s America? That is where the serious anti-Semitism of our day reposes. It is on the Bernie Sanders Left, provided cover by the conflicted Jews like Bernie Sanders who apologize for them, just as he extols bread lines in Communist countries. It is a sickness quite similar to the same disease that causes Catholics like Sinead O’Connor to manifest hate and tear up photos of a wonderful past Pope — and then to finish the self-hate by converting to Islam. It is a sickness that sees hoaxsters perpetrate the most vile of hate crimes, while trying to hang them on others. G-d alone knows what goes on in their twisted and diseased souls. None too Polite.
