Another amendment, this one offered by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), seeking to clarify the detainee custody provisions in the national defense authorization bill was defeated in the Senate today. Mike Lee of Utah joined Rand Paul and Mark Kirk as the three Republicans who voted for the amendment.
