OK, it’s not exactly big news that President Obama, and by extension much of his foreign policy apparatus, is unwilling or unable to name America’s chief enemy, radical Islam and its adherents…including foreign governments such as Egypt.
Still, every once in a while the cognitive dissonance demonstrated by our government is so remarkable that one wonders how they can persist in their fog of denial and confusion.
A perfect example comes from these two news stories, roughly within 24 hours of each other:
