For eight years, the Obama administration has passively acted as though someone else is the bottom line, when it comes to the disasters occurring on their watch.
Where has the buck stopped? Not in the Oval Office.
One gets the impression that these folks cannot wait to be relieved of the burden of their failed responsibilities.
