At a town hall forum broadcast last night on MSNBC featuring Donald Trump, the GOP frontrunner said he would be “a neutral guy” when it came to Israel and the Palestinians.
After seven plus years of President Obama, this is the last thing Israel needs to hear.
One side actively seeks to deliberately murder civilians and celebrate bloodshed. The other side doesn’t. How can a Republican seeking to be President of the United States be neutral under those conditions?
Yet it was just over two months ago that Trump questioned Israel’s commitment to peace and questioned its willingness to make sacrifices while letting the Palestinians off scot free.
With friends like Donald Trump who needs enemies? Unfortunately, Israel has them in abundance.
