As just about everyone who did not spend yesterday on Mars knows by now, the Los Angeles and New York City school systems, the nation’s two largest, received amateurishly-written threats of jihadi attack. In Lotus Land, not yet over the latest vicious slaughter by two Islamic jihadis, schools were closed and 640,000 students enjoyed a day off (during which unscheduled furlough, on the available evidence, they likely learned as much that’s useful or uplifting as they would have had they been in class).
In New Yawk, the response was more, well, New York-like, to wit: “Fuggedaboudit!” School was on as usual, and not a single jihadi interrupted the dreary routine. You got a problem with that?
