Four Reasons Obama Won’t Intervene in Syria
by

Here are four reasons President Obama won’t intervene in Syria:

1. He does not have the blessing of the Arab League.

2. He does not have the blessing of the United Nations.

3. He cannot count on Britain and France to do the heavy lifting for him.

4. He fears that Syria will become his Iraq.

Needless to say these factors were not present where it concerned Libya.

One could argue that these might be practical reasons to not intervene in Syria, but President Obama’s red line in Syria is nothing more than a red herring.
