Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis said at a press conference moments ago that a third explosion has occurred in Boston at the JFK Library. He asked people in Boston to stay home. It’s unclear whether the third incident is related to the first two explosions. The JFK Library event was initially reported by many to merely be a fire. Says Davis: “It’s literally just unfolding. There’s no specifics. There was an explosion.”
UPDATE: BPD is now saying the JFK incident is fire-related and was not, in fact, an explosion.
