The remarkable thing about tonight is how spry McCain was. Clearly his suspending his campaign and getting directly involved in the bailout was a political winner for him, given how he didn’t miss a step, and, apart from how he reinforced his foreign policy superiority, he can now resume his bailout work in which so far he’s come across offering something for everyone.
